(prensa.com)The stormy weather that has plagued Panama for the past few days is expected to continue for at least another day or two.
While the weather was cool and breezy for the Independence Day parades Wednesday afternoon, storms were expected to roll across Panama in the late afternoon or evening hours. The bad weather is due to the proximity of Tropical Depression Thomas, located about 700 kilometers northeast of Panama.
November is typically one of the wettest months of the year, and heavy rains will be the norm for the next 30 days or so.
