Panama represented at World Tourism Fair in Madrid

(PRnoticias)  Panama Tourism Authority (PTA) is leading the delegation of Panamanian companies to participate in FITUR, Madrid, Spain from 19 to 23 January.

FITUR is the largest tourism fair in the world and the latest statistics show that in 2010 participated 11.000 exhibitors from 166 countries, 124.644 professionals and 7, 352 journalists.

General Manager of the ATP, Salo Shamah, participate in the fair and notes that it has a special unit to deal comfortably with an increasing number of Panamanian companies seeking to do business in this event.

The flag of Panama will have two floors, spread over 220 square meters, a meeting room, bar, show very large and attractive photos. We have a good image for this event which is a comprehensive sales tool, said Shamah.

Panama will take advantage of their direct flights from the Netherlands KLM, Iberia from Spain and a weekly flight from Frankfurt to showcase its new hotels and a remarkable range of cultural, beaches, shopping in a modern city like Panama.
