Chilean miners call at the Panama City

(prensa.com) The miners rescued after spending 69 days underground in a mine in northern Chile today became the capital of scale in Panama, where they caused a stir among the passengers of the Tocumen International Airport.

Susana Valenzuela, a couple of mining Yonni Barrios and one of the persons accompanying the miners, said they made this stop in Panama from the United States, where they visited a popular amusement park.
In brief remarks to reporters, she said it was a memorable trip and all the miners and their families are happy about the reception he gave them in Panama.

The miners used their stay at the Tocumen International Airport to greet the Panamanians.

Valenzuela is part of a delegation of 150 people, which also include four first responders who participated in the rescue squad workers, now become a legend in his country.

The miners used their brief stay in the main air terminal in Panama City, received the greetings of Panamanian and foreign tourists.

During the meeting, officials from airlines, airport employees and fans took the opportunity to take pictures with the miners.

Members of the Chilean delegation also purchased gifts and souvenirs from their stay in Panama.

The 33 miners rescued Chileans are famous and receive invitations to travel to various parts of the world after being trapped 700 meters underground.
