(prensa.com)The National Aeronaval Service reported that Saturday that 40 packages of what is believed to be cocaine was found on the Cañaveral River in the province of Bocas del Toro.
Officials went to the site at after receiving reports of suspicious activity in the area. Officers on two coastal patrol boats found the drugs at about 11 a.m., but could not capture any of the suspects.
The drugs will be taken to a naval station in the province of Bocas del Toro.
