(prensa.com)Kuna leaders from Colombia and Panama will meet in Panama this week to discuss issues that exist between the two groups, most notably security along the border areas of the countries.
The meeting, titled “IV Encuentro Binacional del Pueblo Kuna-Dule,” will take place from Nov. 11-13 in the Assudub community in the comarca of Kuna Yala, on the Atlantic coast of Panama. Participating delegations will come from four Kuna communities in Panama and two from Colombia, said Anelio Ferry, of the Kuna General.
During the three days of meetings, delegations will submit reports outlining the problems facing each region and the group will discuss possible solutions.
